These preemptive declarations about their well-being suggest that any misfortune that befalls them should be investigated as suspicious.Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia posted a similar message in September while pushing for the release of files related to Jeffrey Epstein and ramping up her criticism of the Israel-America alliance. She urged her followers to investigate which “foreign government or powerful people” might want to silence her. Representative Thomas Massie issued his own version last week, noting he is “not suicidal” and that “the brakes on my car and truck are in good shape.”Ms. Boller, a recent convert to Catholicism, has accumulated both supporters and critics following her removal from the commission. Don’t fall for the propaganda.” The deputy editor of Tablet Magazine, Adam Lehrer, characterized Ms. Boller’s statement as evidence of “Autassassinophilia,” which he described as “a form of narcissistic martyr complex where people long to be martyred to such a degree that it takes the form of a perverse kind of lust.” The founder of the Institute for Black Solidarity with Israel, Dumisani Washington, responded by suggesting that Ms. Boller was a “Graduate of the Candace Owens School of Stupid.”
